Food Cont.


I just found this recipe too that I can't wait to try! We like Spaghetti squash a lot and it is relatively inexpensive here. We've got one in the fridge now that I'm ready to bake. It is one of the coolest vegetables I've ever eaten.

This recipe reminds me a lot of green papaya salad, which is amazing and everyone should try. You kind of scrape the insides of an un-ripened papaya and eat it with peanuts, vinegar, and other veggies if you're feeling creative. Our friends Jim and Cynthia of Rincon Sports Massage made it at their Christmas party and I've been craving it ever since.
